Ever craved chocolate for breakfast?! Well this is the perfect fix 🙌 Is it healthy… I’d like to think so because it does have banana in it, which is a fruit and fruit equals healthy 🤷
If being healthy is your new year’s resolution or if you’re like me and exercise sounds a lot like extra fries, then either way this is a tasty breakfast or snacktime treat.
Serving: 16 muffin’s
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Mashed Banana
2 cups Flour
1 Tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz Chocolate chips (milk chocolate)
Preheat oven to 350°
First, add together sugar, butter, and eggs. Once mixed together, add mashed bananas then mix.
Sift together flour, baking power, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to mixture. Mix well, then add in the chocolate chips. Stir in on low setting.
After filling lined muffin pan, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of each unbaked muffin. Cook at 350° for 24 minutes.
